About ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist Tommy L. Bennett from Arkansas
Tommy L. Bennett received his undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University and a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Tommy is a trained field sobriety test instructor and is one of only a few lawyers in Arkansas to complete Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) training and the Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) Overview Course for lawyers. In addition, Tommy has received extensive training in pharmacology, toxicology, and forensic science.
Tommy is a 2009 graduate of the prestigious Trial Lawyer’s College taught by renowned lawyer, Gerry Spence, and he regularly travels around the county for various DWI education seminars. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and gardening.
