His impressive journey in the legal profession started with a “Licenciatura en Derecho” (Bachelor of Law) degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. Building on this foundation, he pursued higher education with determination, earning an LLM (Master of Laws) degree and a JD (Juris Doctor) degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii.
