Gregory Oberhauser is a well-regarded OUI Trial Lawyer and owner of Oberhauser Law Offices PC. He received his JD from Massachusetts School of Law and his BS in Business Management from St. Johns University.
Recent awards and recognition include: 2014 “Lawyer-Scientist” designation by the American Chemical Society, Chemistry and the Law Division- over 140 hours of class work and passing a written exam. He is one of the first 24 lawyers nationwide to achieve such distinction.
Gregory is trained in Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST), received advanced training in both Breath Alcohol Testing Analysis Operator (BTO) and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) protocols by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), received advance training in Forensic Blood and Urine Analysis as it relates to testing for Alcohol and Drugs, including advanced course in Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry at Axion Laboratories in Chicago, IL.
Gregory has spoken on numerous occasions on various aspects of criminal law, OUI/DUI and the practice of law nationally and in Massachusetts. Recently spoke or lectured at the following: OUI Summit, 2010, 2012 and 2014, Motor Vehicle Stops and Seizure 2013-2014, Confrontation Clause 2013, Source Code Challenge 2009 and is currently writing the update to “Trying OUI Cases in Massachusetts 2015”. Besides maintaining an aggressive practice of law in Lowell, Massachusetts.
