Jonathan O’Hara is an attorney at Danford Law Firm in Kerrville, Texas. He dedicates his practice exclusively to criminal defense with a focus on DWI & Drug Crimes. He proudly represents clients throughout the Texas Hill Country, including in the communities of Boerne, Bandera, and Fredericksburg, Texas.
As an ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist, he has specialized knowledge of alcohol and drug testing, which he brings to bear for his clients. He has also completed training in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
Jonathan has successfully handled cases throughout the region, securing dismissals for many clients, and winning contested hearings, trials, and appeals for others. He was recently named a “DWI Trial Scholar” by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
He is a zealous advocate with a true passion for fighting for his clients. He previously gained extensive criminal defense experience while working at law firms and one of the country’s largest public interest organizations. He earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he received the Dean’s Scholarship and Blask Fellowship Award. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University – San Antonio.
