Forensic Lawyer-Scientist

Jessica Joyner received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2007. 

Throughout her career, Jessica has dedicated herself to remaining on the cutting edge of DWI defense. She has completed the NHTSA/IACP Standardized Field Sobriety Practitioner Course, Instructor Course, DRE Course, and is an ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist.  

Jessica has tried numerous DWI cases to juries all over Texas, obtaining numerous not guilty verdicts and dismissals in both breath test and blood test cases. She has also taught at many legal educational seminars on the topic of DWI defense.

Jessica is a member of the Texas State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
